Anna-Marie Arredondo, owner of Happy Heart Pet Care in WeHo, tells TMZ … that she is looking for a hidden transport license, STAT. If she succeeds – which is incredibly difficult to achieve in California – she plans to pack heat on her hikes.
She is also thinking about taking jiu-jitsu classes to protect herself and pets. What’s more … all night hikes will only take place in well-lit areas with a lot of traffic. She says that if it is too dark or inaccurate … she will take the dogs in her car and drive to a safer location.

Renee Lutz, owner of Fetch! Pet Care in Hollywood Hills, she told TMZ … she will give pepper spray and flashlights to all 38 dog walkers. She is also taking night walks.
Alyssa and Saul, owners of the Troop Canine in Griffith Park, tell TMZ … they are also no longer taking night walks … in the foreseeable future, they will limit walking in the mornings and evenings. They are also considering buying body cameras, like GoPros, so the cameras are recording if any alleged thief wants to use them.
All the owners we spoke to said they will continue to walk the French Bulldogs … a coveted breed. TMZ revealed the story … Lady Gaga’s dog walker, Ryan Fischer, was filmed Wednesday night in Hollywood after 2 men got out of a white sedan and kidnapped 2 of their French bulldogs, Koji and Gustav.
