Josh Allen and two other Buffalo Bills players were fined by the NFL for last week’s skirmish involving the Kansas City Chiefs’ defensive side, Alex Okafor, which started with the quarterback throwing the ball in retaliation for a final blow.
Allen was fined $ 15,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct for hitting the ball in Okafor’s face after being fired just over three minutes from the end of the AFC Championship, the NFL Network reported.

With Bills’ fate practically sealed at 38-21 on the fourth descent, Allen retreated 15 yards before being approached by Okafor as soon as the whistle blew. Allen, believing that the hitting would be late, threw the ball in Okafor’s face still on the ground.
Okafor quickly attacked Allen, but was stopped by guard Jon Feliciano and striker Dion Dawkins.

Each player was also hit with a penalty and both were fined $ 10,000 for their role. Although Okafor received a penalty during the game, he was not fined by the league.
The Chiefs advanced to the Super Bowl LV, where they will face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next Sunday, with the hope of reaching the consecutive championship, while the Bills will use this season’s successes and failures as “fuel” for next year.
