Jeff Bridges shared some positive news about his diagnosis of lymphoma last week.
Bridges, 71, said in an update on his website that his tumor “has shrunk dramatically” after continued treatment.
“I came home elated with the news,” he wrote.
O True Grit star also shared some arts that have helped him in his treatment, as well as “what’s going on in the world”, including the works of his mentor Rozzell Sykes.

He said that, at that time, he adopted Sykes’ mantra: “Be Love”.

Bridges previously revealed that he had been diagnosed with lymphoma on October 19.
“As the guy would say .. New S ** T surfaced”, he I wrote on twitter. “I was diagnosed with lymphoma.”
“Despite being a serious illness, I am happy to have a great team of doctors and the prognosis is good. I am starting the treatment and I will keep you informed about my recovery ”, he added.
At the time, the Oscar-winning actor thanked his friends and fans a few days later for his support and shared a photo of himself wearing a hospital gown while receiving treatment.

“This cancer thing is bringing feelings of preciousness and gratitude and old-fashioned love, and a lot of it, big time,” he wrote on his website at the time. “I’m feeling it so much coming my way, and man, I appreciate it. It’s contagious, all this love, like a kind of positive virus.”
“This cancer is making me appreciate my mortality, appreciate impermanence,” The great Lebowski star continued. “I’m realizing that if I have to share, now is the time.”
Since the beginning of the year, Bridges has maintained a positive outlook, revealing that his plan for the New Year is to let “gratitude spill over into blessings everywhere [him]. “
