Javon Kinlaw fights Juju Smith-Schuster

A former South Carolina football player made headlines in an NFL rivalry.

Former Gamecocks player Javon Kinlaw made some headlines on social media this week when he was seen mocking Steelers’ Juju Smith-Schuster for dancing to the Cincinnati Bengals logo at Monday night’s soccer game. In what is becoming a tradition for the receiver, he was seen making a TikTok video before the game started, this time with the music Adderall (Corvette, Corvette) by Popp Hunna.

The Steelers would have difficulties in the confrontation, losing the game by 27-17 and having a third consecutive defeat after an 11-0 start. And Bengals made Smith-Schuster pay for his antics before the game, keeping the talented pass receiver just 15 yards from reception and placing the receiver on a crossing route in the first half.

After the game, Smith-Schuster received a lot of criticism for the ritual before the game, most believing he received a good deal of karma in Cincinnati. One of those critics was 49ers striker Javon Kinlaw, who sent Juju a direct message saying: “Those kids hit your jiggin [explicit] out of that Corvette, huh? “

Smith-Schuster would react by calling Kinlaw a ‘woman’ and telling him to stay out of his DMs. The Steelers and 49ers will not face each other this year, as San Francisco was eliminated from the playoff contest, but the contest may continue if the teams match in 2021.

Kinlaw, a former All-American with the Gamecocks, has been solid in his debut season, totaling 33 tackles, 3.0 tackles for defeat, 1.5 sacks, an interception and a touchdown.
