ILA | South Carolina: Vote by the House Judiciary Committee on the Constitutional Bill

Tomorrow, a subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee will vote on House Bill 3096, the South Carolina Carry Constitutional Act 2021 in South Carolina. After that, it is scheduled to be referred to the full committee for a hearing and vote that afternoon. Get in touch with the committee members and ask them to SUPPORT HB 3096.

House Bill 3096 allows a law-abiding adult to carry a gun without first having to obtain permission from the government. This ensures that citizens have the right to self-defense, without government bureaucracy or delays. In addition, this legislation maintains the existing Hidden Weapon Permit (CWP) system, so that citizens who still wish to obtain a license can do so.

Again, contact the committee members and ask them to SUPPORT HB 3096.
