Hannity: ‘Irrational psychotic rage’ leading Dems ‘dead in water’ impeachment

Pressure from Democrats to condemn former President Trump in the Senate died on arrival, Sean Hannity declared on Tuesday.

Earlier in the day, the Senate voted 55-45 to end the debate on Sen’s point of order. Rand Paul argued that the impeachment trial is unconstitutional now that Trump is out of office. Most Republican senators considered a post-presidential impeachment unconstitutional, but the left’s “irrational psychotic rage” continues to fuel Democrats’ efforts, said the Hannity host.

“This latest Democratic impeachment ‘Schiff-show’ is officially dead in the water. It’s over,” said the presenter. “The Senate trial will be conducted as planned, but Democrats have nothing close to what would be an absolute two-thirds majority that would be required to condemn.”

Hannity said he was confident that “Donald Trump will be acquitted, and what we will witness is yet another colossal waste of time with a predetermined outcome.”

The process will go ahead, but the impeachment will be exposed as nothing more than “a show trial based on [the] irrational psychotic rage from the radical left and the Democratic cowards in complete fear and panic to face their base, “said Hannity.

“Make no mistake, this trial will now lead to nothing, it is a political theater, frankly, at its worst, it is Washington at its worst, [and] it is a huge waste of government time and resources. “
