Gwyneth Paltrow says she hears “WAP” from Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion when she is upset

Gwyneth Paltrow is a fan of Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion!

When asked what songs she goes on when she’s feeling bad during an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, the founder of Goop didn’t have to think for long.

“Wet A– P — y,” she replied quickly, causing Clarkson to fall out of his chair in a fit of laughter.

“I need to see the tape back,” joked Clarkson. “Because I felt like I was like, ‘Oh … wait what?'”

She added, “You won as a favorite guest this season. That was incredible. I needed it in my soul.”

The sincere confession of Paltrow’s choice of music came just days after she opened up about an exciting time in her life.

On Monday, the actress recalled the “intense” experience of being nominated for the Best Actress award for Passionate Shakespeare and taking home the prize during a podcast episode Anna Faris is not qualified.

“In LA, everyone was very supportive,” said Paltrow. “I remember winning and feeling like the tide had turned and I had that feeling when you had so much attention and so much energy in you, it was really overwhelming.”

“I remember I was with my parents at their home in Santa Monica and I kind of hid for three weeks after that,” she said. “It was so intense. Lonely is the right word, it was really weird.”

Paltrow said, “It was the strangest and most surreal moment. You are also a little embarrassed about being nominated for an Oscar and you have an imposter syndrome and you think, ‘I can’t even believe this is happening. hate it? ‘”

Paltrow is not alone in her love for Cardi and Megan’s spicy single.

The song was an absolute mega-hit. However, despite his popularity, he was not nominated for a Grammy (Cardi revealed on Instagram Live that she didn’t submit the song for consideration).

Although they were not nominated, the rappers still sang ‘WAP’ at the Grammy earlier this month alongside 26-year-old Megan.
