  • Two years Amber was ‘talking to something’ in the middle of the night
  • Distressing images revealed that a “demon-like” creature was in a child’s room at 3 am

A terrified grandmother is begging for help after capturing ‘a demon’ standing on her grandson’s bed – a few days after the child was heard warning an invisible intruder to ‘go away’.

Tory McKenzie, 41, installed a motion-activated camera at her son’s home after complaints that her two-year-old daughter Amber McKenzie was talking to something invisible in the middle of the night.

The grandmother checked the camera app four days later to find an image of freezing the bones of a figure inches away from the sleeping baby and his seven-month-old brother, Michael McKenzie, with “a horn on his head and long claws”.

The ‘creature’ is caught awkwardly, looking up just before 3 am – and Tory insists that the discovery made her fearful for the lives of her grandchildren.

When she tried to rid the house of the ‘presence of evil’ by burning oils, she claimed that cabinets and curtains opened and closed and the music started playing by itself.

The mother of five shared her story through a paranormal Facebook page to ask for advice, leaving users horrified by many warning her to sell the house and others agreeing that the being looked ‘demonic’.

The fearful grandmother retaliated against those who claimed that the image had to be false, insisting that she only wanted to protect her family and did not have the technical know-how to have changed the image.

The family recorded orbs floating around the kids’ room, but the new image, captured in January, caused Ryan to take Amber and Michael out of their room and into his.

Tory, from Las Vegas, Nevada, said, ‘It was so shocking when I saw it. I had to do a double test. The first thing I saw was horns on your head, so you immediately think you’re the devil or a demon.

‘When we filmed the orbs, we thought it was a family member looking after the children, but that photo, I have no idea. That’s scary.

‘I showed it to the kids and my 13 year old son was scared about it. I ran to the house and showed it to my eldest son. We were in shock and he couldn’t explain it either.

‘Everyone was asleep, so it couldn’t have been my son or his partner. We still have pictures of him there and it doesn’t look like any of that. I know it is something supernatural.

‘Ryan took the kids out of the room and put them in his room. Nothing bad has happened to them yet, but it is the fact that it can.

‘The two-year-old is not afraid of [the figure] and thinks she is your friend, but one night she told her to “go away”.

“Most of the time, everyone supported, suggesting what to do and who to talk to. I just want to get rid of whatever it is.

“I’m not that talented when it comes to technology to fake the photo, and I didn’t share it on my own page, so it’s not like I’m trying to get her attention.”

Tory says the two-bed apartment is only about 20 years old, so she is surprised that it would house such a bleak presence.

The cardiologist lives with her other four children Jonathan McKenzie, 19, Melissa McKenzie, 17, Travis McKenzie, 16, and Nicholas McKenzie, 13, just a few minutes’ walk from Ryan and his partner Alicia Johnson.
