Glitch turns the breath of the jungle into a first-person game, it seems

Modifications already do first-person views possible in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. One player, however, apparently figured out how to do this without him.

As a Twitter user A.xk pointed, the fault can be unblocked by following these entries:

New item retention failure

Camera

retain item

item expects to cancel

This causes the camera to fail and appear to enter first-person mode. You can see it in action here or in the GIFs below A.xk’s YouTube streams:

It looks like you can get out of this too.

The launched YouTuber colleague Peco recreated the flaw.

They also made this clip made of footage of failures in the first person. It’s impressive.

I wonder if Nintendo will come back and release a patch.
