Dancing with the stars Gleb Savchenko’s ex-wife, Elena Samodanova, asked for joint custody and marital support in her separation.
Samodanova, 36, filed his claims in a divorce petition last December 22, People reported on Tuesday.
Samodanova, in his petition to end the 14-year marriage, asked the court for the chance for Savchenko, 37, to get support.

The ex-couple is the father of Olivia, 10, and Zlata, three.
Samodanova told People that her ex-husband Savchenko had ‘a recent inappropriate relationship’ amid ‘continued infidelity’, but Savchenko told Entertainment Tonight that he has always been faithful in the relationship.
– Actually, I never cheated on her. Never, never, never, ‘Savchenko told the outlet. – This whole thing, she was trying to set everything up. All those partners I danced with … it was never the case.
Savchenko told the channel that he had not romantically chased Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause, his dance partner in the show’s 29th season, by sending her flowers; he said that Samodanova told him that the gift of flowers would be a nice gesture.

The ex-couple, photographed in 2017 in Los Angeles, are the parents of Olivia, 10, and Zlata, three.
He also reacted to new photos of a romantic tour between Samodanova and ex-DWTS personality Vlad Kvartin in Mexico, saying, ‘I had a feeling something was up with Vlad.’
Samodanova’s representative told People that his claims that she had an extramarital affair are completely untrue.
“Elena has been busy launching her shared dance studio for the past few years and raising her daughters,” said the representative. “It’s no secret that Gleb had affairs with ex-dance partners – and who knows who else.
‘Representing the victim is gross negligence on his part and he should perhaps pay attention to what he says before Elena decides to find him at his level and divulge everyone’s names.’
Savchenko was seen on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico earlier this month with his new romantic interest, Sharknado actress Cassie Scerbo, on a couple trip with Stause and her boyfriend Keo Motsepe, also a professional with Dancing with the Stars.
