Dwayne Johnson shares the first Young Rock trailer

Dwayne Johnson, also known as The Rock is one of the most famous people in the world, with a vast career that started in wrestling and became one of Hollywood’s biggest hits. Many people know how The Rock started, but the star is now giving people a much closer look when producing a new sitcom called Young Rock. We heard yesterday that the show is scheduled to open next month, and Johnson shared a look at the show’s first trailer.

“Every hero has an origin story,” the trailer begins showing clips of some of The Rock’s great films. “But not a full mustache at age 15,” adds the narration when a photo of a young Johnson appears on the screen. “It’s The Rock’s true life story.” The trailer shows clips from the show featuring different actors playing Johnson as a child, teenager and adult.
