Dragon Ball FighterZ shows the first game of Gogeta SS4

Bandai Namco kicked off the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour event on Saturday with the help of Gogeta SS4, the next DLC character who will come to Dragon Ball FighterZ. This version of Gogeta that will come to the game soon had its first gameplay demo showing its normal movements, some combos and some of its most powerful movements that must seem familiar to those who like the fighter. The release date for Gogeta SS4 has not yet been announced, but Bandai Namco assured viewers that the information would be shared at the end of the event.

The Battle Hour event that will take place in the next few hours is currently taking place, which means that Bandai Namco has not yet loaded the showcase gameplay. Fortunately, the YouTube channel GamersPrey uploaded the footage, which means that if you didn’t see the gameplay when it appeared during the broadcast, you can still keep track of what you missed. This gameplay demonstration can be seen below and starts with a quick overview of your movements, followed by a demonstration of your Supers, before going any further with combos and other tactics.

As is the case with any character, the Gogeta SS4 Supers are some of the most interesting parts of the fighter’s arsenal. Similar to Gohan Adult, this version of Gogeta has a leveling system that allows you to progress to the maximum level 7. During the showcase, it was explained that at each level he gains 0.25 he progresses on his skill meter and increases the damage from your next Level 1 or Level 3 attack.

One of the most impressive uses of this leveling ability came from the demonstration of how it affects your Level 3 ability. Without leveling up, the basic movement did 4,186 damage to the demo. When leveled to level 7, the damage has increased exponentially. The same move after being energized did 19,980 damage and knocked out the SSGSS version of Gogeta in an explosion.

THE Dragon Ball FighterZ The showcase came long before the promised announcements were shared at the end of the show, so it is clear that there will be more to announce during the Battle Hour event. If nothing else, be sure to check out the final ads at the end and to get a recap of what you missed.
