Devolver Digital launches a new story trailer for Olija

Before Olija is released next week, the Devolver Digital folks have decided to release a new trailer for the game’s story. We have seen and heard things about the game since the end of 2018, as the game has been in development for a long time and even postponed the release date to January 28 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that we are approaching the official launch of the game next Thursday, we are getting a better look at the story behind the game. This particular trailer will give you some insight into the wonders that await you in the land of Terraphage. Learn about the disastrous circumstances that have befallen the poor and now abandoned Lord Faraday and eventually see how his luck has changed after a chance encounter with the enigmatic Lady Olija. Olija is a game about the mission of Faraday, a shipwrecked man trapped in the mysterious country of Terraphage. Armed with a legendary harpoon, he and other castaways try to leave this hostile country to return to their homelands. Through adventurous exploration, narration and keen combat, the player will discover a strange world and its inhabitants, including Olija, an enigmatic lady that Faraday has been linked with over time. Inspired by tales of fanfare and cinematic adventure games, Olija is a story about how to face the unknown in adversity.
