A dancer who once appeared on “Dance Moms” was arrested for sexual assault on 2 of her underage students.
25 years Kevin Cosculluela was arrested on several counts of sexual misconduct last week in Orange County, Florida … including sexual activity with a 16 or 17 year old child. He is also facing charges of soliciting minor, obscene and lewd conduct.
According to the arrest warrant, the guy allegedly abused 2 underage dance students in 2020, one of whom he is accused of practicing oral sex … and allegedly exchanging nude pictures with the other.
In the documents, obtained by TMZ, the police say that the alleged victims met Cosculluela at a dance studio called Peaches Dance and Music in Orlando – where they claim he took them under his protection for private lessons.
The police say one of the girls claims that things have increased between them – they started talking more and eventually changed things to Snapchat. The girl claims that he took her to her apartment and convinced her to practice oral sex. She claims that this happened twice.
The other alleged victim says things were never physically sexual with Cosculluela – but claims he requested nudes from her, and that once … he climbed on top of her while they were dressed in her bed.
Both alleged victims claim that he was angry and verbally abusive whenever they refused his demands, and were afraid of him.
Cosculluela was charged and sued on Friday and filed a guilty plea.
