‘Cravings’ author Chrissy Teigen ended the diet: ‘I eat things when I want to’

Chrissy Teigen is no longer giving in to the pressures of dieting.

The former swimsuit model, 35, opened up about the social norms that have become popular, including the idea that dieting is always good for health, telling People magazine that the “ups and downs” of “diet culture” and diet “have everything but turned it off.

“I threw it all out the window,” said the author of “Cravings” and “Cravings: Hungry for More” in the publication’s latest cover issue. “I think now, at this point in my life, it is more important for me to enjoy things as they come.”

Nowadays, the mother of two said that she just wants to move forward in what “she is going to do [her] happy “, and much of said happiness has to do with eating tasty food.
