Wright is one of the Seahawks’ stallions and defensive leaders. He was honored for that, as he was named Sports Star of the Year in Seattle.
Russell Wilson gives Seahawks a list of acceptable commercial destinations

Wilson is dissatisfied with the Seahawks and the Seahawks are also dissatisfied with the questions he brought to the public. It is said that it could be negotiated, which would shake the league. Although he did not request an exchange, he approached the line. He would have given the Seahawks a list of four teams from which he would be willing to waive his no-trade clause – the Cowboys, Saints, Bears or Raiders.
KJ Wright wants to stay with Seahawks, but does not accept discount

Wright has played the past 10 seasons for the Seahawks and is almost 32 years old. He is scheduled to be a free agent next month. He would like to end his career in Seattle, but said he is not willing to accept a discount from his hometown to stay.
Seahawks re-sign RB Alex Collins

The Seahawks have their two main running backs – Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde – scheduled to be free agents next month. They brought back a player from the running back room. They rehired Alex Collins, who jumped between the squad and the training team last season.
KJ Wright says Wilson is not leaving Seahawks
Although there is some uncertainty about Wilson’s future with the Seahawks, a player is not concerned. Linebacker KJ Wright stated on Good Morning Football that Wilson is not going anywhere.
