“I will be very frank with you, we changed what we were going to do because we think the presentation by the managers of the House was well done,” said Castor.
Castor’s comments portrayed the defense team as ill-prepared, Christie said in a radio interview on Wednesday on Fox News’s “Guy Benson Show”. Instead of assuming that “the other side is going to be tremendous and prepare accordingly”, the defense team appeared to be counting on the incompetence of its opponents, he said.
