Chris Harrison knows the temperature in the room, because he is now a lawyer after his uncertain future as a host for “The Bachelor”.
Harrison hired celebrity lawyer Bryan Freedman, who knows a thing or two about celebrities who got their walking papers. He represented Gabrielle Union in his expansion with “America’s Got Talent”. As we reported, Union complained about racism and a hostile work environment after being dismissed from the position of judge. The case closed.

As for Harrison, he stepped down from his longtime role last month after defending Rachael Kirkonnell in an interview with Rachel Lindsay.
The producers have not said what they plan to do with Chris, although they have hired Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe as co-hosts for the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette”.
Hiring a lawyer is a sign that Chris is clearly concerned about being permanently fired from the program. This sends a signal to the producers that he will not fall without a fight, although, again … so far no decision has been made as far as we can tell. The producers don’t talk about Harrison’s future.
