Candace Cameron Bure is not suffering from idiots this year.
Over the weekend, the “Fuller House” star struck back at internet trolls who apparently took offense at their family Christmas photo.
Bure, 44, posted the contested photo – taken by photographer Melissa Coulier, wife of Bure’s former colleague in “Full House” Dave Coulier – on Instagram January 2. In it, she poses with her husband Valeri and their three children: daughter Natasha, 22 and children Lev, 20 and Maksim, 18.
It is true that the photo does not resemble a spontaneous snapshot of a phone and appears to have the marks of a heavy work in Photoshop, which yielded comparisons with the cover of an album or clothing ad.
However, some comments have entered the family, with suggestions that one of Bure’s sons “looks stoned” and his daughter resembles “an evil queen from the Disney movie”

Also on Saturday, Bure posted a response on Facebook to the negativity that said in part: “Do you think it’s funny to criticize someone’s children? To make jokes about them? To criticize our poses? The direction in which we are looking? Our physical appearance and facial expressions?
“I wished blessings to everyone by sharing this in the spirit of a happy new year, but many of you came back with jokes about our appearance and criticisms of what they thought would be a better photo,” she continued. “You should be ashamed. It doesn’t matter if you are 10 or 90, rude is rude … If you don’t like something, move on. There are real people and feelings behind each screen.”

Bure’s family photos really look like a lightning rod. In November, she posted a photo of herself and Valeri with his hand over her shoulder, resting on one of her breasts, which some commentators considered inappropriate.
