Cameron Diaz says she ‘has no idea’ if she will act again: ‘Never say never’

With a long retirement in his rear view, Cameron Diaz is focused on being a mother now.

Appearing in SiriusXM’s “Quarantined with Bruce”, the 48-year-old former actress who became a winemaker spoke about a potential return to acting and how motherhood changed her priorities.

“Will I ever make a movie again? I’m not looking, but will I? I do not know. I have no idea, ”said Diaz in the interview. “Maybe, never say never, but I couldn’t imagine being a mother now where I am as a mother with my son in the first year to have to be on a movie set that takes 14 hours, 16 hours of my day away from my son . “

“I just couldn’t … I wouldn’t have been the mother I am now if I had chosen to do this at any other time in my life,” continued Diaz. “I feel sorry for so many mothers who cannot, who have to go to work, you know, whatever they are doing. I feel sorry for them and their children and all that, but it really takes a Vila. “
