The case is now reportedly in the hands of the LA District Attorney’s Office, which will determine whether criminal charges can be made against anyone related to drugs or whether things will be returned to the police department for them to conduct another investigation.

LA County DA representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News’s request for comment.
