Despite all the talk about low TRPs and recycling competitors, this season provided followers with several high points that generated a buzz. Nikki Tamboli’s rain dance with Sidharth Shukla
In previous episodes, freshmen were seen trying their best to impress the Toofani Seniors at the house. In one episode, Rubina Dilaik, Jasmin Bhasin, Pavitra Punia and Nikki Tamboli were seen enjoying a hot rain dance with Sidharth Shukla. Nikki grabbed the eyeballs for his scorching chemistry with Sidharth.
Salman Khan cried
The Weekend Ka Vaar episodes always bring more drama when presenter Salman Khan appears. The host can give competition to any competitor to take the role to multiple levels. When contestant Jasmin Bhasin was evicted, the moment was so overwhelming for all contestants, including Jasmin’s close friend, Aly Goni, that even Salman couldn’t contain his tears.
Salman Khan made the bed for Rakhi Sawant
Last year, we saw Salman come into the house to clean it himself, to set an example for inmates who had ignored their duties. This season, Nikki Tamboli, who was tasked with making the beds in the bedroom, refused to make Rakhi Sawant’s bed. Salman entered the house with a mask and went straight to the bedroom to make Rakhi’s bed. He wrapped up her blanket, arranged the items on it. As Nikki watched him in amazement, an embarrassed Rakhi asked him not to do this on the other side of the glass wall.
Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia fell in love
Each season gives us a new pair of love birds. This year, Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia fell in love. Initially, both engaged in several fights, however, they gradually developed a soft corner for each other. Eijaz also said that if all goes well, the two can get married this year. Speaking about his relationship with Pavitra, Eijaz told The Times of India: “There is no better place to perceive a person’s reality than BB’s home. She is the most loving person I know.”
Rakhi Sawant shamelessly hit and Abhinav Shukla
Rakhi ensures that she creates the most drama wherever she goes. In Bigg Boss 14, she decided that she likes Abhinav Shukla and started to attack him openly, despite the fact that his wife Rubina Dilaik stayed with them in the same house. This clearly made the couple uncomfortable, but nothing could stop Rakhi. She even said to an angry Rubina when she confronted her about the same: “Abhinav is your husband at home, but here he is a competitor.”
Rakhi transformed into ghost
One of the most fun episodes was when Rakhi dressed up as a ‘chudail’ during a captaincy task. She took the role to another level. Bigg Boss’ house was converted into a haunted haveli by Rahul Mahajan’s first wife, Julie (Rakhi). By distracting everyone with her antics, she ends up tearing up Rahul Mahajan’s dhoti, making everyone upset.
Vikas Gupta emotional breakdown
Competitor Vikas Gupta was seen sharing his personal life problems in front of other housemates. He talked about the problems with his own family, brother and mother. He also revealed that he was in debt of Rs 1.8 crore. Vikas also shocked netizens after revealing that he had been in a relationship with someone for “a year and a half before joining the program (Bigg Boss)”. He said he did not name that person, but now he will tell everything about him. It was immediately speculated that the guy in question was Priyank Sharma, since during his confinement Vikas turned out to be bisexual and claimed that he was dating Parth Samthaan and had been in a relationship with Priyank Sharma for over a year. He also claimed that he and Priyank were together and also did a web show, in which the latter gave him a difficult life.
Voluntary departure of Kavita Kaushik
Kavita Kaushik seemed to have a fight with almost everyone and was also criticized for episodes of Salman on the Weekend Ka Vaar. Kavita got into a fight with Eijaz and addressed him as ‘ehsaan faramosh’ after reminding him that she had made chicken for him during confinement. Kavita even had a verbal fight with Abhinav and Rubina claiming that she knew her secrets by suggesting an equation of ‘friends with benefits’ between her and Abhinav. After an ugly and unpleasant fight, she left the show.
Rahul Vaidya’s proposal to Disha Parmar
On the eve of Disha Parmar’s birthday, Rahul opened his heart and proposed to his beloved. What was more romantic than that was Disha’s response. In the special Valentine’s Day episode, Disha made a surprise visit to Bigg Boss’ house and declared her love for Rahul.
Jasmin Bhasin’s fight with Rahul Vaidya
Jasmin went on to become one of the contestants who could cry at the drop of a hat. During the World Tour Task, Rahul managed to get Jasmin off a vehicle. She collapsed shortly thereafter and went on to accuse Rahul of physical intimidation. But Rahul told prisoners that he had already warned Jasmin that he would play hard at home. During the Ka Vaar weekend episode, Salman sided with Rahul.
