Ashley Tisdale is reveling in the joys of motherhood after welcoming her first child this week.
The 35-year-old former Disney Channel star shared another adorable glimpse of daughter Jupiter Iris on Saturday, posting a photo of the top of her daughter’s head. “Drops of Jupiter”, she wrote the sweet snap.
She also praised her husband Christopher French, 39, as he tried to master the art of bandaging. “But seriously, how sweet is he? Best dad,” she wrote alongside a black and white video in her Instagram story.

Tisdale and French welcomed Jupiter on Tuesday, announcing his birth the next day, sharing a photo of them holding the baby’s hand.
“Jupiter Iris French arrived on the side of the Earth on 3.23.21”, they wrote next to the image.

The couple announced their first pregnancy in September, revealing the sex of their firstborn a month later.
“I was obviously excited because I definitely wanted a girl, for sure,” she told People in December. “But I am also a person who follows the flow of many things. I try not to have expectations at times like this and I just allow what should happen. I was very excited. I think my husband was definitely scared – he looked a little scared in the photos ! “

Tisdale also talked about forging his own parenting style with the French.
“The advice is definitely something real for your friends and family, for sure,” she added with a laugh. “It’s really funny because my mom is always going to be like, ‘Well, we did this,’ and I, ‘I know, but I’m not going to do it that way.’ That is exactly who I am. I think the advice is very funny. But it is expected! “
