This concept can be a little too open.
When it comes to real estate, open concept projects are very popular today. Although people seem to enjoy looking at a house that does not have separate walls in certain areas, it is expected that some rooms will be closed.

The Boston home listing, however, has attracted a lot of attention on social media for apparently including an open-concept bathroom.
The house, located on South St. in Boston, Massachusetts, was featured on the Zillow Gone Wild page. A post on the group’s Facebook page shows the exterior of the house, which is a multifamily house that appears to have been redone recently.
The main focus of the post, however, is a scene from a second-floor bedroom that appears to have a bathroom with no walls in one corner.
In addition to the bathroom, the bedroom appears to have French doors that separate it from the rest of the house and also lead to a balcony on the second floor.
ZILLOW IS MAKING MONEY OFFERS IN HOUSES USING ITS HOME VALUE TOOL ‘ZESTIMATE’
According to the Zillow list, which has the home valued at $ 899,000, the property sold for $ 418,100 in 2019. The list also lists the home as being foreclosed.
On Facebook, some users speculated that this could be a scam that went wrong. Others wondered if the bathroom may have been designed for a person with a disability, but it was also mentioned that it is on the second floor of a building without an elevator and does not include a handrail.
One user wrote: “I live close to this house. It is a flip, and the open-concept bathroom was added and updated after it was purchased in 2019. It is not for disability reasons; they probably ran out of money before they opened the door. “

Other users seemed confused by the various design options made, with one commentator writing sarcastically: “The frosting on the glass will obviously defeat everything except the most intrusive surveillance technology, but you will have to wait for the shower box to look pretty fast. “
“At first, I thought: oh, what a beautiful house,” wrote another user. “So I saw photo # 4. I’m sure I had a nightmare with a setup like this once. “
Fox Business contacted the realtor for comment, but did not receive an immediate response.
