COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (KKTV) – Colorado Springs police are investigating a shooting that allegedly left a man dead.
Police received calls for a gunfight at around 1:30 am on Saturday in the Barnes Road and Oro Blanco Drive area. When the police arrived at the scene, they found a dead man outside a building. The victim’s name has not yet been released.
The police said another man drove alone to the hospital and must be fine. No arrests were made.
The serious crime unit is currently in the area collecting evidence about the incident and the people involved.
Oro Blanco Drive South from Barnes Road to Gracemoor Circle North are closed and the police are asking drivers to avoid the area.
