Apparently, the woman tried to argue that she was taking the dog for a walk when she was approached by the authorities. The excuse allegedly failed to convince officers (apparently men can be trained to use the bathroom and do not require walking in the same way as dogs) and both men and women were fined $ 12,000 for violating the curfew.
The authorities reportedly told a local media outlet that the couple had not cooperated with the police.
The woman also said she did not intend to pay the fine, reports the Insider.
