Kelly Oubre Jr. chose a great time to receive the warm hand. The Warriors entered Thursday’s clash against the Dallas Mavericks without any of their centers, as James Wiseman, Kevon Looney, Marquese Chriss and Eric Paschall were eliminated due to injuries, but the 40-point night, best of Oubre’s career , won the team over the Mavs in 147- Victory on Highway 116 on Thursday night.

In the meantime there were some huge plays, including a jump pass from Draymond Green to Stephen Curry cutting the back door to a reverse tray, as well as a strong submission from Damion Lee against Luka Doncic and Dwight Powell from Dallas while equalizing the foul.
This Dubs explosion was critical, as the game was tight during the first 24 minutes of the game.

The only thing that kept the Dubs in the game were Oubre’s first 23 points and the team’s ability to score a larger Dallas team in the paint by 26-16. The Warriors lost 76-74 to the middle.
But the team came out strong in the second half, beating the Mavericks 73-40 to seal their victory in the first game of their four-game trip.

Thursday marked the first game in which Curry did not lead the Warriors in goals this season, but he still managed to add 28 points with four three points.
Speaking of splashes: Damion Lee and Mychal Mulder played a big role outside the bench on the night of Dubs’ high scores, adding 29 points combined with 7 of 11 three points made together.
Juan Toscano-Anderson was transferred to the fifth starting point due to injury problems of the Warriors with his giants. After tying his highest career record of 16 points against the Boston Celtics, he continued to produce with a solid overall line in 40 minutes with 14 points (including two splashes), eight rebounds, five assists and two blocks.
