Zelda: Breath of the Wild becomes a first-person game in newly discovered Glitch

The modders have already created some first-person cameras for Breath of the Wild, but one player managed to discover a flaw that should (in theory) allow anyone to look at Hyrule from a totally different perspective.

As reported by Kotaku, a Twitter user A.xk managed to discover a specific button input that would trigger the camera to crop for an approximately first person view. Check out the gif below the A.xK YouTube channel.

Do you want to try it for yourself? Here are the instructions from A.xk:

YouTuber Peco was also able to recreate the flaw if you want to see some longer clips from first-person view.

It remains to be seen whether Nintendo will resolve this flaw in a future patch, so be sure to check it out for yourself before too long.

If seeing Hyrule from a new angle makes you anxious for more Zelda, the good news is that Nintendo says that more news on Breath of the Wild 2 will come later in 2021. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Nintendo planned to celebrate the recent anniversary of Zelda.
