And on Thursday, it was reported that Zach Braff signed on to star in a reboot of Cheaper By The Dozen for Disney +.

Braff, 45, will join Gabrielle Union, 48, in the film being written and produced by black creator Kenya Barris.

Inspired by the 2003 film comedy starring Steve Martin and Bonnie Hunt, Braff and Union will play the parents of a multiracial family of 12, according to THR.com.

The couple on the screen will juggle to manage their business with raising their children and the hectic home life sets the stage for a lot of family laughter.

The project is expected to launch on Mouse House’s subscription streaming service in 2022.

News of the Cheaper By The Dozen reboot was first announced during the December Investor Day presentation.

The studio announced a series of reinvented offers, including Whoopi Goldberg’s return for a third Sister Act film and a 2007 Enchanted with Amy Adams sequel, reprising her role as Gisele.

Disney also announced the long-awaited sequel to Hocus Pocus and a new version of Three Men And A Baby, all intended to be shown exclusively on Disney +.
