Zac Efron selling glamorous Los Angeles mansion for $ 5.9 million

“High School Musical” star Zac Efron is graduating from his home in Los Angeles. The actor is leaving his Los Feliz home, Variety said. It is available for $ 5.9 million.

The California native bought the mid-century modern property in 2013 for $ 4 million and hopes to get some money on his investment.

Efron has spent the last few months living in South Australia, filming the film “Gold”. Perhaps he will extend his stay if he has a home less to worry about in the United States.
