You can watch the Snyder Cut while snacks in a Justice League themed meal kit for $ 130

Zack Snyder’s Justice League – known to fans as the mythical “Snyder Cut” – arrives at HBO Max on March 18, and Warner Bros. is celebrating the relaunch of the homemade blockbuster in a unique way: with personalized, themed $ 130 themed Snyder Cut meal boxes.

Described as “a dining experience at home, the first of its kind, immersive” for customers in the United States and the United Kingdom, Warner Bros. is teaming up with Wonderland Restaurants (a self-styled creation and innovation studio for the food and beverage industry ”) to create the kits. Wonderland Restaurants is also working on Park Row, a DC Comics themed restaurant in London that was announced in early 2020.

The meal kits are designed to look like the MacGuffin-y motherboards in the film and cost $ 130 for a kit for two or $ 260 for four (shipping and taxes not included). Inside there will be a variety of food adjacent to the Justice League: the “Ocean Trench” appetizer for Aquaman, which consists of “Icelandic cod and fries with trench sauce” and the “Big Belly Burger” for Flash, alluding to the fictional hamburger of the DC universe together.

Other menu items that have yet to be revealed include Superman and cornfield-inspired “Resurrection”, Wonder Woman’s theme “Ancient Themysciran Fire” and the more mundane “Snack and Extras”. Also included are Koul-Brau beers and Jitters cold beer, which also allude to DC brands in-universe.

Like any meal kit, some of the items in the parent box will be pre-prepared; others, like hamburger and fish dishes, will need to be prepared at home. Vegetarian options are also available.

Wonderland says the Snyder Cut box is intended to be just the beginning of its engaging boxed meal partnership with Warner Bros., with the company promising that “new boxed dining experiences are planned for 2021, featuring more of the most popular and loved ones. Warner Bros. franchises. ”Given the studio’s plans to release all of its theatrical films on HBO Max, it is possible that Wonderland may be planning future boxes to tie these titles in the same way as for Corte Snyder.
