‘You are not paid enough for this’

A Subway customer is attracting many heads online with his “unreal” sandwich order.

In recent months, Subway customers have gone viral for their bizarre orders. Whether ordering cookie crumbs on their sandwiches or making the bread toasted until crispy, fast food chain customers seem to have a way of going crazy over the internet.

Now, thanks to a video by the TikTok user @ immommyanddaddy2, we can have our weirdest order yet. His clip, apparently filmed behind the Subway counter, shows a customer asking much of a specific item.

That item appears to be some kind of orange sauce (possibly Chipotle Southwest sauce? But I’m not an expert). The client, an unidentified woman, is shown continually asking for more.

“Drown my sandwich,” says the customer in the clip. “It needs to be oozing … yes, more.”

The woman starts asking further sauce on your sandwich, to the point that the bottle is basically empty. The sandwich, in turn, is covered with orange sauce.

TikTok users seemed frightened by the woman’s order – and even more frightened by how she ordered.

“Why was she talking like that,” wrote one user.

“I would have charged extra,” added another.

“You are not paid enough for this,” wrote another.

“This has to be a joke,” another theorized.

Several commentators have suggested that the woman may be playing a prank – which is quite common among Subway customers on TikTok. However, others, some of whom claimed to be Subway employees, said they would have similar interactions with customers.

Anyway, the video has accumulated more than 5.5 million views so far. As for the sandwich, we may never know if the woman actually ate it.
