Samsung has released its updated One UI 3.0 skin for many of its devices in the past few weeks, but it seems that an intriguing bug has emerged when we enter the new year.
As staff at GalaxyClub has reported a minor software issue in which battery and charging statistics have been blank since the turn of the year. The flaw appears to affect a number of Samsung devices running Android 11 and One UI 3.0, including the Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Note 20 family.
Battery statistics are available on most modern Android devices in Settings, and this specific feature is one part of the revamped Samsung custom UI to show extra insight into your usage cycles and charging times. This, of course, requires your device to collect and process data based on its actual use.

Unfortunately, many users are reporting that the menu appears blank. Only basic data on how long your phone will last before needing another recharge appears, with extra information like average usage patterns appearing completely (and visibly) in white.
It is not known exactly what causes or triggers the problem. Samsung hasn’t officially recognized the problem yet, but luckily it’s not a big bug. Hopefully, the tech giant will release a software update to fix the problem soon.
Do you have a device running One UI 3.0 and, if so, did you see the bug appear?
