Xbox One World Announced

Natsume revealed over the weekend that they have a new Harvest Moon title on the way with Harvest Moon: A World. Back on New Year’s Day, the company has launched a small blog with some information about what 2020 was like for them as they look at what’s to come in the new year. Part of that was talking about some of your new games released last year, which included Cosmic Defenders and Legend of Ethernal. But the real news fell in the end, when the company revealed the next game on the way, as they will bring a Harvest Moon title to the Xbox One. Yes, you read that correctly, they don’t intend to make this a next generation release (although you can play it on the Xbox Series X / S.

With regard to what the game holds, we have no idea where they are in the game’s development line, so there’s no way we can know much about it until Natsume, as a company, decides to show something. That, giving its history with product revelations, we are guessing at some point this summer. Based on the brief description of the game and the way it looks like you’re approaching it, we think you’ll be heavily influenced by all the things that happened in Stardew Valley. I mean, how would you not understand an indie game that essentially made a better farm game with a developer than some of the previous entries in the Full moon series in the last decade. We’ll see what happens with that, but don’t be totally shocked if this big game includes a wizard tower, mining and trying to date everyone in the city.
