World of Warcraft players team up to create a ‘Fresh Start’ server

Classic servers are extremely popular, and a group of players are looking out for you in World of Warcraft Classic to recreate a “new start” server in Classic.

The idea behind the move is to create a classic server where players can restart the Classic experience on a new server, one that is not full of bots and more, according to a report by Eurogamer. The server, which is estimated to have around 1300 players joining, will be released on March 5, with players re-launching new characters on the Classic server in hopes of creating a new World of Warcraft vanilla experience for anyone looking for one.

Eurogamer spoke to Caszhar, the player who started “The Fresh Crusade”, as the server is now being called, who described the intention to create an experience for those who will feel left behind when The Burning Crusade Classic successes Classic.

As such, the hope is to create an environment where players can level up with like-minded people. World of Warcraft adventurers and, as a server, eventually switching Classic for The Burning Crusade Classic extra hour. Discord’s official server mentions that The Fresh Crusade will be a PvP server, with seven guilds in total joining the fun divided between Alliance and Horde. Fresh Crusade is an EU initiative, so if you are not from the EU, Discord mentions that you will need to buy one World of Warcraft sign up for an EU account to join the initiative.

World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade Classic was officially announced at BlizzConline last month, with the company reporting that there will be two different servers for anyone who wants to continue the Classic pre-experienceTBC as well as the regular servers that will begin to transition to expansion as the launch approaches.
