»After opening with a total of 300 teams, the University of Michigan women’s golf team is in second place at Briar’s Creek Invitational.
»With half of the second round completed, the game was suspended due to darkness and will be resumed the following morning.
“Freshman Monet Chun and junior Ashley Lau spurred UM on opening 18 with rounds of 74 (tie-7).
»Unofficially, Chun is paired for his second round and tied for the fourth, while Lau is one over par and remains in seventh position.
