With Congress killing American business, a media company that liberals hate acted

Congress failed. This is not a difficult task for the idiots that we have working on the Hill. I dare to say that democracy has failed, but I will not fall for this rabbit hole. While the nation is dealing with the coronavirus outbreak, thousands of businesses have been destroyed, specifically bars and restaurants. Initially, I understand why there was a request to stay at home, now there are gross numbers that show that these establishments are not the main source of spread. In New York, one of the states most affected by the virus, new data shows that bars and restaurants represent only 1.4 percent propagation of COVID. In addition, schools are not sources of the so-called “super propagation”. The damned schools reopen and they resume their internal meals.

For months, companies needed help. Families need help. Unfortunately, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats had other plans. You see they knew that COVID’s relief packages helped Trump. They wanted him to leave, so they admitted to destroying previous negotiations to increase Joe Biden’s chances of winning the election. And now, after months of economic crisis and bills accumulated to Everest, they are going to give $ 600 to struggling families. My eyes can’t roll hard enough.

Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports, a media company that liberals hate for all the obvious and stupid reasons, decided to do more than Congress did in months to help Americans save their dreams. His social media speeches about how politicians are trying to kill our right to make a living are unmissable material. I think even Trump’s most ardent hater would agree that if Americans had the option of getting COVID or seeing their businesses destroyed because of a virus that has a recovery rate of over 90%, I think you know that most, if not all, choose the first. In any case, Barstool has established an aid fund that is likely to raise about $ 10 million by helping companies get a few more weeks of oxygen, which is more than Congress is doing now (via Fox Business):

Dave Portnoy, founder of the media company Barstool Sports, raised $ 6.3 million for 18 small businesses on Saturday morning.

Portnoy launched the fundraising effort with the 30-day nonprofit fund for small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 called “Barstool Fund” last week and contributed $ 500,000 of its own money to the effort.

“It was certainly humiliating and a little embarrassing,” said Kerry Counard, owner of Abbey Bar in Wisconsin – which Portnoy chose as one of the first six restaurants to receive funds – told Fox Business. He expressed empathy for the “thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of small businesses” that still struggle in the midst of roadblocks.

Excellent job. And the Stoolies are a loyal and dedicated group that is mobilized for good causes like this. In fact, everyone is like that here; we are the most charitable nation in the world when it comes to giving. It just shows that this axiom will remain constant forever: non-governmental entities do more to help the poor, the afflicted and those, in general, need more than the government could ever. Look, I’m not the most religious person, but I’m not going to deny that religious-based charities have been doing more eons to help the city’s poor than Pelosi and his gang of Democratic Party gangsters. Good at El Prez to launch this effort.
