MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) released on Friday, February 26, a new resource designed to help people connect with vaccine providers – a map of Wisconsin’s COVID-19 vaccine providers.
Officials say the map was designed to improve transparency in the vaccine distribution process, identifying where the vaccine is being sent across the state. It is also intended to help Wisconsin residents find and connect more easily with vaccine providers in their area.
The map shows COVID-19 vaccine suppliers and community vaccination clinics that are actively vaccinating in Wisconsin. Vaccination sites are color and format coded to indicate whether they are open to all eligible populations, open only to specific eligible groups, or targeted to their own clients or patients. Users can select a site from the map to find contact information and populations served by each location, or consult the table below. At this time, DHS plans to update the map every two weeks with data reported by vaccine providers. Therefore, depending on the timing, it is possible that suppliers of the vaccine have already administered or scheduled the remaining doses.

A press release says that all sites shown on the map require pre-booked appointments and availability is not guaranteed. Wisconsin residents can visit the DHS COVID-19 vaccination page for more information on options.
