William E. Cummins
William E. Cummins, 72, of North Beaver Township passed away on Friday, February 12, 2021, at Select Specialty Hospital in Boardman, Ohio, after a short illness.
Born on June 16, 1948, in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Clarence K. and Florence E. McClurg Cummins.
He has been married to Jane E. Zeh Cummins for 52 years.
Bill served in the United States Navy during Vietnam and the Desert Shield and retired as a senior noncommissioned officer.
He retired from First Energy in Shippensport, where he worked in the instruments and testing department.
Bill was of Protestant faith.
He was a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism.
A talented archer, Bill instructed people in archery.
He enjoyed traveling, camping and cruising. He especially loved the time he spent with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Jane; two daughters, Jennifer (Jeff) Terry of Rudolph, New Jersey, and Kimberly (Chris) Meyer of Etters, Pennsylvania; two brothers, Rev. James (Debbie) Cummins of Surf Side Beach, South Carolina, and Robert (Robin) Cummins of Racine, Pennsylvania; two granddaughters, Leah Terry and Leanne Meyer; and two grandchildren, Ethan and AJ Terry.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Webster.
Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, from 11 am until the funeral time, at 2 pm, with his nephew, Rev. Robert Cummins Jr., officiating at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main St. Wampum. Military rituals will be observed. The burial will continue at Clinton Cemetery.
