The Seattle Seahawks will host the Los Angeles Rams in the wild card round on Saturday afternoon at Lumen Field. Here’s a look at the keys to winning both teams before the match.
Rams keys for victory
The Los Angeles Rams secured third place after defeating the Arizona Cardinals in Week 17 to enter the postseason and end the year with a 10-6 record. Los Angeles will now face the Seahawks for the second time in three weeks in the playoff wild card round at Lumen Field in Seattle.
First, the Rams will need to find out if the quarterback Jared Goff or your backup, John Wolford, will be under the center against the Seahawks.
Goff had to undergo thumb surgery after a week 16 defeat to Seattle and is a question mark for this weekend. He was listed as questionable to play in the injury report, but was able to obtain limited participation in training this week.
On the other hand, although Wolford achieved a victory in his first NFL start, Seattle’s vastly improved defense can be too daunting for the young caller.
Whoever starts out as a defender in Los Angeles wants to be a match day decision.
