The “tomorrow at 1” part seems to indicate that Jarran Reed is scheduled to be released, and NFL informant Ian Rapoport confirmed this on Twitter as well.

So the Seahawks apparently wanted to add years of annulment so they could convert a portion of Reed’s base salary in 2021 into a signature bonus, but Reed wanted more longer-term security. So the bottom line is that tomorrow, at 1 pm Pacific time, Reed is likely to become a free agent when the NFL publishes its official transaction report.
This will free up the $ 8.975 million limit for Seattle, but the remaining $ 5 million dead money for the Hawks will leave Reed with the highest maximum shot of all Seahawks defensive line attackers, even though he is not even on the list.
