A source revealed exclusively for AND! News that the husband and wife have lived apart for months and that “Kim knows the marriage is over”. However, despite this, she has not yet officially filed for divorce, “she wants to make sure she is making the right decision for her children”. Kanye also did not ask for a divorce.

The source continues: “She owns all the land and adjacent lots around the house, but Kanye owns the house. They both invested a lot of money to renovate it.”
After buying the house in 2013, the couple worked with Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt to renovate their interiors. Last year, they revealed the completed project on the cover of Architectural Digest and invited the exit inside to a video interview.
