According to his website, Michael ran his own private practice at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach for 12 years.

The Miami native also worked as a clinical instructor and faculty member of the medical assistant program at Barry University and Miami Dade College.

What did his wife say in her Facebook post?

Michael’s wife said the jab triggered a “strong reaction”.

“He was vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine at the MSMC on December 18, 3 days later he saw a strong set of petechiae on his feet and hands that made him seek care at the MSMC emergency room.

“The CBC that was done on his arrival showed that his platelet count was 0 (a normal platelet count ranges from 150,000 to 450,000 platelets per microliter of blood),” wrote Michael’s wife.

“He was admitted to the ICU with a diagnosis of acute ITP caused by a reaction to the COVID vaccine. A team of medical specialists tried for 2 weeks to increase their platelet count, without success.

“Experts from all over the country were involved in their care. No matter what they did, the platelet count refused to rise.

“He was conscious and full of energy throughout the process, but 2 days before surgery of last resort, he had a hemorrhagic stroke caused by a lack of platelets that took his life in a matter of minutes,” explained Neckelmann.

Michael’s wife explained how her husband was a “pro vaccine advocate”, but she believes the vaccine is not good for everyone and asked people to understand the side effects that could arise from vaccines.

“Don’t let his death be in vain, save more lives by making this information news,” she wrote.

What was the cause of Michael’s death?

The Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s Office is still investigating Michael’s death.

The Florida Department of Health and the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are also investigating the cause of doctors’ deaths.

Pfizer said in a statement to The Sun on January 7: “Pfizer and BioNTech are aware of the death of a healthcare professional sixteen days after receiving the first dose of BNT162b2.

“It is a highly unusual clinical case of severe thrombocytopenia, a condition that decreases the body’s ability to clot blood and stop internal bleeding.”

Despite Neckelmann’s claims, Pfizer does not believe that Michael’s death has “any direct connection to the vaccine”.

The pharmaceutical company said an active investigation into the case is underway.

“There were no related safety signs identified in our clinical trials, the post-marketing experience so far or with the mRNA vaccine platform,” says the company’s statement.
