Long time Wheel of Fortune Presenter Pat Sajak found himself in trouble after Monday’s show for mocking a competitor. Sajak was recently criticized by fans for his unique style of condescending comedy, which some believe to be very stingy.
During the player’s performances, Sajak imitated competitor Chris Brimble’s speech impediment. Brimble has a lisp. After describing what he does for a living, instead of saying “I see,” Sajak said, “I love you.”
Although the joke got some laughs from production members and off-camera competitors, some fans were not laughing. Several viewers accessed Twitter to share their dismay and disappointment at Sajak’s comment.

Despite being teased, Brimble seemed to be enjoying himself and even went home with a good chunk of money. While he almost advanced to the bonus puzzle, he still won $ 12,250. He even won a few Twitter guardians along the way.
