The three rocks of ‘Young Rock’ come together to talk about fanny packs, being destroyed and ‘staches

In the new NBC sitcom Young Rock, a future Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who in this alternative reality is running for president, recalls his life in a series of interviews with the actor who became a journalist Randall Park. Interpreting his younger selves are Adrian Groulx (The Rock at 10), Bradley Constant (The Rock at 15) and Uli Latukefu (The Rock at 18-20). These three young Rocks recently spoke with Yahoo Entertainment about the role of the fighter who became an actor who became perhaps president. “I immediately saw that he simply adored his father,” said Groulx of his character’s love for his father, fighter Rocky Johnson. Constant plays a rather strange high school rock, complete with a thin, smooth mustache. “So, at my last audition, I didn’t have the ‘stache yet. They had to stick to it and it started to fade,” he said. “So, I developed my real stache before we started shooting.” See more of the Young Rock stars in the interview video above.
