West Ham United v Tottenham Hotspur 2021: Premier League game time, TV channels, how to watch

It was extremely encouraging to see Tottenham Hotspur take care of business against Wolfsberger on Thursday. Although the work is not yet complete, Spurs are very likely to advance to the next phase of the Europa League, which is one of the few good points for the club in the new year.

Much of this is due to absolutely terrible performances in the Premier League. Tottenham have lost four of their last five league games and, as a result, are six points behind Sunday’s opponent, West Ham. the rival would legitimize the challenge of the Hammers’ first four.

Usually, I provide some links to the highlights of the previous game between Spurs and their opponent, but I won’t worry about this one. For those lucky enough to have forgotten last October’s dispute, just know that the match ended in a 3-3 draw. As painful as that day was, it helped fuel a series of six games that earned 16 points, including five clean sheets and victories over Manchester City and Arsenal.

The clubs have had opposite fortunes since, but perhaps the reverse game will end the Freaky Friday situation. A defeat does not end the Spurs’ four biggest hopes, but at some point the hole will be too deep to overcome. On the other hand, a victory would provide a new life, and with Gareth Bale and Dele Alli beginning to return to the scene, there may be some promise yet.

  • Along these lines, direct abuse of players or referees is also not allowed. It’s okay to say “wow, that was a really bad call”, but it is NOT normal to direct large amounts of abuse towards that employee through a call you didn’t like.
  • Treat others on the topic of correspondence the way you would like someone else to treat your grandmother. Be nice. This is a fan community, not an unmoderated message board.
  • Finally, while we don’t have a rule against swearing, try to keep inappropriate words in check. In addition, language that is sexist, racist or homophobic in nature will be deleted quickly and you will be banned immediately. This is an open and supportive community.
