Starting with giveaways, this week’s Epic Games Store giveaway is a copy of Neon sea tales, which takes the place of Creature in the Well the previous promotion.
Launched in 2019, Neon sea tales is a retro pixel art adventure set in a cyberpunk universe. The title shows you in the role of Detective Rex as he follows a serial murder investigation into a robot rebellion in this dystopian world.
This latest giveaway will continue to be available until next Thursday, April 8, when Epic Games will place the title of episodic comedy 3 out of 10: second season to win as the next freebie.
Also free to claim this weekend is Steel Rats, a 2.5D action platform game that uses motorcycle combat. The draw is live on Steam and GOG stores, with the promotion ending on April 4.
The packages are next, and Humble this weekend presented another special to create its own collection, this time centered on games and DLC published by Deep Silver.
As usual, the more items you collect, the greater the overall discount. The games you can choose from include Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Outward, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Metro Redux Bundle, Saints Row III, IV, Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered, and more.

Free Events
Starting free events this weekend is a different experience than usual.
Hitman 3 recently received a free edition of the Starter Pack that allows you to try specific missions from the stealth series without having to buy anything. In addition to the ICA Facility and Hawke’s Bay prologue missions from the first two games, the Starter Pack is currently offering temporary access to Hitman 3’s Location in Dubai until April 5th.
Also, if you have the previous two Hitman IO games, you can check the game import process that also works with this Starter Pack.
Moving on to the standard free events, Zenimax Online Studios’ The Elder Scrolls Online is back with another one, opening up the huge MMORPG base and Morrowind expansion of content until April 13th. Also hosting a free game week event is TerraTech. The open world sandbox offers comprehensive tools for designing and using any type of vehicle and is supported by multiple players.
Meanwhile, the next title from EA Originals Knockout City is having a beta open this weekend, and you can request access through your Steam page here. The game offers a competitive burning experience.
Big business
The ongoing spring promotions have increased further this weekend, and even the Microsoft Store has teamed up with its own quota of game and DLC specials. If you are an Xbox Game Pass member, remember that many of these titles are already part of the subscription.
