South Carolina Gamecocks are expected to play Garnet and Black Spring on Saturday, April 24th.
On Wednesday, the SEC announced that it would be played at 2 am on SEC Network +. Three other teams in the league are expected to play their spring games that day.
Texas A&M is also starting at 2 am. Tennessee (4 pm) and Ole Miss (5 pm) will complete the league’s spring game schedule.
The spring 2021 game in South Carolina is the first with Shane Beamer as head coach. Beamer, who is scheduled to speak to reporters about the start of spring training on Thursday, arrives at the training ground for the first time this weekend.
