Wayne Brady on whether or not he would present ‘Jeopardy!’

Wayne Brady is juggling several projects in 2021, but could host “Jeopardy!” be another show?

The actor, presenter and producer has a game show on Fox called “Game of Talents” and is currently developing a new comedy series on CBS based on his mixed family.

Brady, who teamed up with the Royal Canin to host the second annual Puppy Pre-Show, which will air before the brand’s AKC National Championship, talked to Fox News about whether he would consider adding “Jeopardy!” to your already full plate.

Brady was hesitant.

“Why would I do it? I’m already performing a show and I’m an actor, and that [show has] a wonderful legacy. And whoever hosts it, I’m sure, will be absolutely incredible, because that’s what they want to do, “he said.

“This is a very specific type of program, so I prefer to watch it show. I have my [own] track, “added Brady.

The Emmy winner hopes that anyone who takes on “Jeopardy!” full-time pays tribute to the late great Alex Trebek, who died in November after battling pancreatic cancer.

Trebek started hosting the iconic game show in 1984 and presided over 8,000 episodes.

In the meantime, “Jeopardy!” the producers announced on Wednesday that Ken Jennings, Katie Couric, Aaron Rodgers, Bill Whitaker and Mayim Bialik “will take their turn as guest hosts … As part of each guest host’s presentation, a donation will be made to a charity choice, “the official show Twitter account said.

Brady now said that he is focused on writing his new program for CBS.

“It’s about my family merged with my daughter, her mother, who is my ex-wife and boyfriend of my ex-wife, and the four of us coexisting and forming our own nuclear family,” he explained.

“I think it’s funny. It’s informed by our real life and the situations we find ourselves in. And I think it’s understandable because it’s also an aspiration. There are a lot of people who want to be able to have a relationship with their ex. But it’s all about the work. So that’s what the program really is. It’s about the work it takes to be this family, “said Brady.
