Watch Tesla Model S Race Corvette C8, Hellcat, Nitrous Racing Beasts and more

There’s really nothing like the Tesla Model S drag racing. When you came across this video, you might have thought, “Ugh, another Tesla drag racing.” Or maybe you were excited to watch and see which cars win. Either way, Tesla drag racing worked to bring positive attention to EVs. They prove that these cars are far from the small, polarizing electric golf carts of the past.

If you are tired of Tesla’s drag racing or simply don’t need to watch them, as you are already aware of Tesla’s performance advantage, think of these videos as good material to share with “not yet converted”. Show your friends and family why EVs are the bosses.

Virtually every Tesla and EV fan knows that Tesla vehicles are among the fastest in their respective classes, as well as some of the fastest production cars available today. They tend to win most of the races that we watch and share. However, there are exceptions. Often, these exceptions involve racing against modified cars.

In this recent video from Tesla Plaid Channel, the Model S takes on the 2020 Corvette C8, plus a Dodge Challenger Hellcat, a Ford Mustang and an entire list of older vehicles that have been modified for drag racing. You’ll see a G-Body Wagon, a Fox Body Mercury and more. The Tesla Plaid Channel reveals that at least one of the vehicles is loaded with nitrous oxide.

Can the Tesla Model S beat all these rivals, despite their mods and tricks? If not, we can blame the mods. Anyway, take a look, share and leave a comment below.
